Also known as Sa Fraigada, the tomb of the giants of Barrancu Mannu rises to the west of the rio Baccu Mannu, on the top of a hill.
The village was probably further downstream, protected in many places by cyclopean defensive walls.
The monument is of the ‘row’ type: the plan consists of a 20 m long apsidal main body housing the truncated ogive-covered burial chamber, and an arched exedra with a maximum width of 14.61 m, whose arms extend from the sides of the façade.
In the façade, preserved for almost 5 m, a cupola stands out in the centre of the architrave.
The covering of the chamber and the wall technique with rows of rough-hewn boulders indicate, in the absence of excavations, a hypothetical date to the late Middle Bronze Age (1400- 1300 BC).
