The first of four events in Sassari on the valorisation of the Nuragic heritage was held on Friday 21 March in the conference hall of the Fondazione di Sardegna. With the meeting ‘La civiltà nuragica vista dagli Antichi: Dedalo e altre storie’ (The Nuragic civilisation as seen by the ancients: Daedalus and other stories), Attilio Mastino, former Magnifico Rettore UniSS, and Raimondo Zucca, Professor UniSS, shone a spotlight on the Nuragic civilisation as seen by the ancients, introduced and coordinated by Edoardo Balzarini, Vice-President of the La Sardegna verso l’Unesco Association.
The experts took the floor after greetings from Antonello Mattone of the Antonio Segni Foundation, Salvatore Naitana President of the ISSLA Association, Antonello Pazzona, President of the Third Age University,.
The journey to discover Sardinia’s nuragic heritage and its as yet unexpressed potential, which makes it a unique element in the world and an extraordinary asset for economic development, will continue on the evenings of 2 April, 16 April and 16 May in the Aula Magna of the Department of Agriculture in Viale Italia, 39.
