6d: Nuraghi Cagules di Giave and Ranas di Mores

6d: The Cagules di Giave is a single-tower nuraghe, with a staircase and a niche in the corridor, a room bordered on the ground floor by two ancillary rooms, and an additional environment above the corridor. It was probably equipped with an added body (courtyard?) and a surrounding wall that incorporated various relevant structures of the adjacent settlement. The nuraghe is easily accessible from the road called valle dei Nuraghi, by walking along a dirt path that falls within private property, so the visit is not guaranteed.

The Ranas di Mores is a complex nuraghe, little investigated and surrounded by vegetation within a private property.

The photos of the nuraghe Cagules di Giave and Ranas di Mores are respectively by Salvatore Nuvoli and Dan Floris.
