The nuragic complex of Urceni (Osini) consists of a nuraghe and several circular buildings, sheltered by a wall on the most exposed side. The nuraghe, a simple single-tower type, is in a fairly good state of preservation, although the tholos that covered the chamber has almost completely collapsed. The imposing staircase that led to the upper floor is well preserved. The most striking feature of the nuraghe is, without a doubt, the large entrance door, which is much higher than average in height.

Behind the nuraghe are numerous circular buildings, some of which are particularly well preserved and characterised by niches in the walls. The complex is protected by high walls, in a good state of preservation, through which a corridor entrance opens.

How to get there:
From the centre of Osini, follow the signs for the Scala di San Giorgio and proceed uphill until you reach a narrow gorge, which leads to a fork in the road. For Nuraghe Urceni, take the road on the right (which also leads to Nuraghe Serbissi). Proceed by car to the end of the asphalt stretch. Continue until you come to a second fork in the road; follow the sign for Nuraghe Urceni and proceed along the road on the left for 3 kilometres until you reach the foot of the small rise where the nuraghe complex is located.
