Autumn events start in Cagliari

On Tuesday, 30 September, the first meeting of the autumn cycle of ‘Sardinia towards Unesco’ meetings took place, designed to recount in a new way the extraordinary uniqueness and identity of ancient Sardinian civilisation, an extraordinary asset for economic development.

Introducing and leading the proceedings was President Pierpaolo Vargiu. With the meeting entitled ‘Why build a Nuraghe? The NurTime project between implicit, explicit knowledge and new narration’, NurTime co-creator Simone Ollanu spoke about his archaeo-experimental enterprise, which is not limited to studying the past but to making it a direct experience. The focus of the first meeting was in fact the nuraghe under construction in Gergei. Silvano Tagliagambe, Professor Emeritus of Philosophy of Science (UniSS), also spoke at the end of the meeting.
