The nuraghe Ardasai in Seui, immersed in an unspoiled environment with a wild charm, captured in the photographs of Lucia Corda, whose valuable description is also appreciated:
“The nuragic complex Ardasai or Montarbu consists of a complex nuraghe located on a rocky spur and a village of huts that extends below it. The nuraghe is composed of a central tower surrounded by a wall, to which some secondary towers are attached. The central tower, which originally consisted of multiple stacked floors, currently preserves only the lower floor and the staircase that led to the upper ones, partially obstructed by collapses. The secondary towers are also partially obstructed by collapses. Currently, the structures of the nuraghe are in a precarious state and have indeed been partially propped up during a recent excavation and maintenance campaign of the site. The village of huts, with a circular or oval plan, extends around the nuraghe and is built using the natural rocks of the site in its walls. Near the village, there is also a sacred nuragic spring.”
